If you have a simple query which can be answered quickly and easily, use the details on the contact page to send it. We'll reply as quickly as possible. If we feel your query could be better answered by a personal visit, we will let you know without committing you to anything.

Personal Visits - No Call Out Fee

Our charges are currently £30.00 per hour of visiting time, payable at the time of the visit. We are currently unable to take payment by credit card but are happy to accept either a cheque or cash. Time will be charged in 15 minute blocks. (You may need to add travelling time to the visit cost.)

Travelling Costs

Visit costs are inclusive of travelling for up to 20 miles. Anything over this will be charged at £0.50 per mile. So, for example, if we make a a round trip of 50 miles, you would be charged for the extra 30 miles i.e. £15.00

The travelling will be calculated using Google Maps. To use this, click on the link and enter our location - Andover for Mick or Dorchester for Frances - and then 'Get directions from here' and enter your own location. Google will tell us how far we are apart. Don't forget to double the distance to allow for our return journey.
