Mick trained as a teacher and now brings that training and expertise to New to Mac. Prior to starting this venture, he spent a year helping people young and old with all sorts of Mac related problems - it's unlikely yours is unique!

Frances has been running her own freelance company for many years using her Mac to do transcribing work for several UK universities. She uses the Mac for all her administrative tasks and enjoys helping others to discover how easy and simple using an Apple computer can be.
