On this site you will find help and support aimed at those who are new to Apple Macintosh computers whether by moving from another platform or having just bought a Mac as a first computer. A new machine can be baffling at first but we aim to show that by choosing Apple you've made things as simple as possible.

What's Here?

There's some useful information on the site but we can also provide help either by email or telephone. But our real aim, if you're within a reasonable travelling distance, i.e in the Hampshire, Wiltshire, Dorset area, is to provide one-to-one help in front of your machine at home. The costs involved are laid out on the Services & Costs page.
